Selcom Pesa Account Closure Procedures
The customer can terminate his Selcom Pesa Account Relationship with the Selcom Microfinance Bank at any moment in time.
The customer will visit the nearest Selcom Microfinance Bank branch.
The customer must communicate this decision to the bank in writing by filling in the Account Closure Form.
Any account closure must be authorized by an authorized person from the specific bank branch such as a branch manager.
The customer can then withdraw the remaining amount after which the account will be closed immediately.
The Customer must sign the account closure form after the bank officer interviewed the customer about the reason for account closure.
When the customer still wishes to close the account the bank officer hands over the account closure form to the Branch Manager for authorizing the closing of the account at the Bank's core banking system.
